My CD is nearing completion, and hopefully I will have it out early next year. I've got a couple kickass songs on it that I'm really proud of!

As I have had exams, a holiday to the U.S.A, and HEAPS of schoolwork to contend with, I havent been able to get much composing done :(
Because of this, almost no progress has been made on my CD, but I promise that I will have it finished ASAP. THIS I SWEAR!

I don't know if you've been watching the olympics, but I am, and I saw this freakin' awesome ad for Samsung's new phone. It totally rocks, and should appeal to ANYONE who makes techno!

Hey all!
I am currently in the United States on holiday from New Zealand! I'm visiting family in Cleveland, OH, and I'm having heaps of fun! I will be going back on sunday 20th. Anyways, I've spent two days at Cedar Point, the #1 Amusment park in the world for 10 years now! It is the most fun I've ever had, and anyone in the area looking for thrills should check it out.
If you don't believe me, take a look at just ONE of there 17 roller coasters: Top Thrill Dragster
- 420 feet tall
- 210 MPH...in under 4 seconds!
Yes, it's THAT epic!!!

I've also gone to see a Baseball game...watched the Cleveland Indians stop their 10-game losing streak! I went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and otherwise generally had an awesome time!

In other news, July's MAC is out, and I plan to enter! The theme is "Sorrowed Tears", which will make it a challenge to create a techno song that is sad, because techno should be all about having fun and being happy!
My CD is coming along slowley (holiday and all), but I promise to have it out as soon as possible!

Hey all

I would first like to congradulate F-777 for getting onto the top 5, with his shitty little half-ass "Demo" piece XD... Kidding man, your awesome!

So yea, I have decided to accually have a style now. I mean, people tell me that I have a style, but I don't know what it is! So I'm now torn between going for Trance, or Dance. Trance will be slower (about 140bpm), and will have heaps of chords and stuff. And Dance will be much faster, and have more Saws and be better to dance to.
Overall, this is what I hope to achieve:
Uplifting - The most important, I want my music to make people happy
Pro sounding - I want it to be high quality, none of this "preset" bullcrap.
Epic - I don't know how else to describe it, but it is what seperates us people, from the legends of NG (F-777, Kr1z, ParagonXLOL, Envy, B0UNC3, etc)

So yea, what do you guys think I should do? I will be putting up a sample of both types so everyone knows what they will sound like when I choose a style.

I would first like to congradulate Kr1z on reaching the Top 30 list with his song: ReMotion!

Also, there have been those people that think what the 5 team does is cheating. Even though we have offered our services to everyone, and also there is no rule that says "Helping other users out with the kindness in our hearts is NOT allowed"!
I have send them a PM explaining why we are fighting for a good cause, and if they persist, please ignore them. I do not want to get in trouble because someone has spammed their account so much that the NG server has blown up (joke).

Anyways, the 5 Team Toolbar is working out really well, and any members who havent got it, GET IT!

He has instructed me to make sure that each and every member arms themself with this piece of gear to insure our victory!
